Healthy Mixed Fruits Milkshake

Today I'm sharing you a simple and beneficial mixed Fruit shake recipe. This will be very nutritious to you, and you can easily add to your diet menu.

Apples, with 116 calories and 5.4 grams of fiber per serving, are not only low in calories but also high in fiber, making them beneficial for weight loss. Bananas contribute healthily to a balanced diet. Berries are an excellent choice for reducing dietary calorie intake when aiming to lose belly fat and achieve a flatter stomach. They are not only low in calories but also abundant in dietary fiber, vitamin C, and potassium, which are all exceptionally beneficial for weight management and overall health.

Ingredients

  1. Strawberry- 1 cup 
  2. Apple- 1 cup
  3. Bananas- 1 cup
  4. Blueberry- 1/2 cup
  5. Rosebery- 1/2 cup
  6. Chilled Milk-1 cup
  7. Sagar- 1 tbsp

Preparation

1.Start with a clean blender or juicer.

2. Wash all the fruits and slice them.











3. Add all the fruits into the blender.


4Add one cup of chilled milk. 

5. Blend all well. 







6. Pour into a glass. 








7. Now mixed fruit shake ready to serve.
